Role Overview: As a 1099 Distributor for our wound care products, Mirragen and MirraSurg, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships with healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include promoting bioactive glass wound care solutions, managing client accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. This role offers flexibility and independence while providing the support and resources needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for our wound care products.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits and usage of our products.
- Manage and grow your customer base through effective account management and follow-up.
- Provide market feedback and insights to our team to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical sales, preferably in wound care or related fields.
- Demonstrated year over year wound care sales growth.
- Strong network within the healthcare industry and a track record of successful sales performance.

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in medical affairs, clinical development, or scientific affairs with strong expertise in wound care or related specialties.
• Experience influencing but not leading cross-functional teams and interacting with KOLs and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, clinical trial design, and evidence generation in wound care.
• Expertise in scientific communication, including publications, conference presentations, and medical education.
• Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and written skills.
