- 62-year-old with wound complications following right-foot TMA.
- Stroke with left sided weakness
- End stage renal disease on dialysis
- Myocardial infarction
- Hypertension
- Peripheral vascular disease
- Diabetes
Treatment

Previous Treatments:
- Atherectomy, angioplasty of distal SFA & popliteal artery
- Embolectomy of distal popliteal artery
- Surgical debridement
- NPWT
Outcome:
- Mirragen applied and wound closed after 9 applications
