• 62-year-old with wound complications following right-foot TMA.
• Stroke with left sided weakness
• End stage renal disease on dialysis
• Myocardial infarction
• Hypertension
• Peripheral vascular disease
• Diabetes

Treatment

Previous Treatments:

• Atherectomy, angioplasty of distal SFA & popliteal artery
• Embolectomy of distal popliteal artery
• Surgical debridement
• NPWT

Outcome: 

• Mirragen applied and wound closed after 9 applications
